It all started with a simple, nostalgic dream: bringing the warm, comforting scents of our family kitchens in Sicily and Rome straight to the Netherlands.

Stefania spent years mastering the culinary arts across Sicily and Rome, pouring her heart into traditional Italian cooking before taking a deep dive to specialize in what she loves most: artisanal pastry. From delicate almond cookies (paste di mandorla) to our signature Tiramisù and rich Torta Tenerina, every single creation is a labor of love, made entirely by hand from scratch.

Behind the scenes, Niccolò keeps the engine running, helping out in the kitchen when extra hands are needed, but mostly managing the administrative side so Stefania can focus on creating sweet perfection.

 

And because true Italian food is all about family and passion, we are proudly supported by Rosaria, another incredibly talented Italian chef with deep pastry experience who joins our kitchen to help bring our authentic recipes to life.
